Your responsibilities
As the Team Lead for RPA & Analytics, you will manage a team responsible for automating processes, analyzing data, and supporting IT initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to be the first team lead in this area, reporting directly to management in Lithuania, while helping to build up a high-performing team in India. You'll be involved in interviews, onboarding, and training as we expand our capabilities.

• Lead a team of 5-7 professionals focused on RPA, analytics, and IT support tasks.
• Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and processes, developing and deploying automated solutions.
• Assist in process automation development and analytics to improve business efficiency.
• Participate in process mapping, requirements gathering, and providing solutions for process optimization.
• Support API integration for streamlined data and system connections.
• Mentor and train team members, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
• Take a proactive role in identifying and solving problems while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Who you are
We believe you are highly responsible, possess strong problem-solving skills, and can address complex technical challenges. You take the initiative, work independently with focus, and communicate effectively to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing. You demonstrate flexibility and technological agility. Your collaborative approach and adaptability to evolving technological landscapes are essential for achieving our objectives.
It will be preferred if you bring experience from an industrial sector, have knowledge of SQL for data analysis and are familiar with Agile practices and methodologies.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business process automation, analytics, or related IT roles.
• Proven experience managing a team (5-7 members), preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (2+ years) or Python (2+ years).
• Solid understanding of RPA tools, business process analysis, and IT support activities.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and API integrations.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a keen attention to detail.
• Positive problem-solving approach, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Familiarity with IT support processes
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment.
