We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Engineer on site at our factory in Silao, Guanajuato Mexico to cover the Central America & Caribbean regions. If you are a sales professional with a passion and experience from the HVAC industry, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
You will be joining a global company with 50 years of experience in creating outstanding value to our customers, beyond what any traditional or conventional ventilation solution have ever done. Your impact and responsibilities
As our Territory Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Central America & Caribbean by executing our sales strategy and building strong partnerships.
You will be our dynamic local Business Developer, providing education and promoting our solutions, researching the market and generating projects for our partners. Your primary focus will be to increase sales in your territory by working closely with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, facility owners and our local distributors. You will demonstrate a hunter mentality in finding opportunities and a competitive desire to win.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development and commercial activity in the assigned territory, mainly sales activities such as prospecting, visiting customers, requesting, and sending quotations closing deals and after sales communication with the technical department and customer, follow-up of quotations and sales.
- Review projects in own territory, coordinate and collaborate with inside sales team and customers to ensure smooth execution of the sales.
- Actively participate in local industry events such as Trade Shows / Expos to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.
- Maintain and daily update critical information in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting.

- Engineering / Technical / Sales experience
- HVAC knowledge or background experience will be considered as a plus
- 3-5 years of technical sales experience demonstrating measurable and proven results
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
- Demonstrate fluent written and spoken English.
- Available to travel 30-50%
- Strong presentation skills, coupled with proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
- Comfortable working independently while appreciating the value of teamwork and collaboration.
