We are looking for a bilingual accountant to bring their expertise to our dedicated Finance team on-site at our Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico factory. Your impact and responsibilities 
As a vital part of our finance team, you’ll drive the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting, contributing to operational efficiency. Your role will be key in maintaining compliance, ensuring data integrity, and fostering a collaborative work environment where your insights and skills are valued. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in initiatives that enhance our financial processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage daily accounting operations like register of payable and receivable accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 
• Handle payroll process and system including IMSS & SUA efficiently, maintaining compliance with local and international standards. 
• Support and ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
• Support regular audits to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support during financial audits.

Who you are
You are a highly organized professional with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Known for your keen attention to detail, you bring strong organizational skills and are comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Focused and disciplined, you are motivated by achieving outstanding results. Your bilingual abilities enable you to navigate and manage diverse accounts effectively. With a resilient, goal-oriented mindset, you excel in fast-paced environments where precision and efficiency are essential. Your thoroughness and attention to detail make you an invaluable asset to any finance team.

It´s an advantage if you:

• Have a bachelor´s degree in Accounting 
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounting and finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software Contpaq, Nomipaq & Commercial.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP ( Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) 
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
