This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established RPA team in India, where you’ll help shape future ways of working and gain hands-on experience in automation development within a global setup.
Your responsibilities
As an RPA Developer, you will be part of a newly established team working with automation and process optimization across our international organization. Reporting to the RPA & Analytics Team Lead, you will help build and implement automation flows, support existing bots, and contribute to creating a more efficient and scalable business process landscape.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Flows) in alignment with business needs.
- Work with colleagues across departments to understand and analyze processes suitable for automation.
- Participate in API integration and database connections to support automation workflows.
- Collaborate in requirement gathering, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Monitor performance and ensure the continuous effectiveness of robotic processes.
- Contribute to team learning by sharing knowledge and proactively improving processes.
Who you are
We believe you are curious and analytical with a strong desire to grow your knowledge in process automation. You are eager to take initiative, solve problems, and collaborate across functions in a global setup. You value both structure and creativity in your work and are not afraid to propose new ideas.
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flows).
- Familiarity with API integration and working knowledge of SQL.
- An analytical mindset and a natural curiosity to explore improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
It’s a plus if you also have:
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Exposure to the industrial sector.
- Practical knowledge of Python.
