Your Impact and Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Engineer, your primary role will be to provide technical solutions to potential and existing customers in Europe, while managing inquiries and incoming orders from our international sales teams and distributors. You will collaborate closely with Outside Sales Engineers and internal departments, ensuring accurate processing, smooth coordination, and excellent customer support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical support: Advising customers and colleagues on engineering solutions.
• Quotation & proposal development: Preparing detailed proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Sales follow-ups: Ensuring timely responses to inquiries, leads, and quotations.
• Order & project coordination: Liaising with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and accurate order handling.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Outside Sales Engineers and international colleagues to support business growth.
• Customer engagement: Maintaining proactive communication with new and existing clients.
• Process improvement: Identifying and supporting workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

It’s an advantage if you have:

• A degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• HVAC industry experience or knowledge of air distribution solutions.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team.
